Meet Your Dentist, Dr. Chea Rainford, DMD
Dr. Chea Rainford has practiced dentistry in Georgia for over 15 years. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry at the University of West Georgia, with a minor in Biology, before completing his Doctorate of Medical Dentistry at The Medical College of Georgia School of Dentistry in Augusta. He has also completed post-graduate training in prosthodontics, orthodontics, periodontics, and endodontics, which means many cases that get referred out at other offices stay under one roof here.
Outside the office, Dr. Rainford spends his time with his wife and young daughter, follows the Falcons and Braves closely, and is active with his local church and several charities. He still plays soccer and cricket on his days off, which probably explains why he is so patient with kids who fidget during their checkups.

When you walk in, our front-desk team will check you in and take you back without a long wait. We block extra time for first appointments because rushing through a new patient is the fastest way to miss something. Here is the typical flow:

- An exam by Dr. Rainford and an oral cancer screening

Vibrant Smiles is located a short drive southwest of Vinings, at 5015 Floyd Road SW, Suite 530, in Mableton. Most Vinings patients reach us via I-285 to the East-West Connector, then Floyd Road. The drive is roughly 15 to 20 minutes outside of rush hour depending on the time of day, and parking is available right at the building.
If you have driven past landmarks like Vinings Jubilee, Cumberland Mall and The Battery, the Chattahoochee River and Cochran Shoals trails, you are already in our service area. Many of our Vinings patients tell us the drive is the easy part because traffic on the East-West Connector and Floyd Road moves more freely than the I-285 corridor closer to Atlanta.

A: Cosmetic visits should not feel rushed. We schedule a no-pressure consultation first, walk through what is realistic for your smile, and use mock-ups so you can preview the result before you commit. Sedation options are also available if you want to relax during longer appointments.
